Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guides offer a powerful nature-based experience - combining forest bathing, Ayurveda, meditation, and practical outdoor skills - for people of all ages and backgrounds. With the average American spending 11 hours a day on a screen and 90 percent of their lives indoors, now’s the time to step outside and feel the difference!
For your body: Release stress, breathe fresh air, and get moving.

Instructor: David Dishaw
David fosters a deep commitment and passion for the environment and the healing power of nature. David is a graduate of the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership and a certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide. David is also has Wilderness First Aid and Adult CPR certifications.
What to bring:
Dress in layers of weather-appropriate clothing (we will be outside, shine or rain)
Hiking boots, hiking shoes, or a sturdy sneaker
A drink (water bottle, thermos) and snack
A portable camp seat or something comfortable to sit on
A small backpack or daypack
An open mind
