Winter is often the time to process what we have discovered in the woods. We will arrive and offer a thanksgiving circle. After which we will walk through trails on land and discover what is available at this time of year. Then we’ll practice processing by working with acorns. We’ll gather, dry, crack, leach and cook what find.
